The Annual General Meeting of the Central Region will take place at Kegworth Hotel and Conference Centre, Kegworth on Saturday the 12th October 2024 at 2pm prompt. The right to speak and vote is restricted to Members, joint Members and family Members living in the area designated as the Central Region or is a Member of one of the ten Centres comprising the Region. Any motion to be put to the meeting is to be received by the Region’s Secretary at least 3 calendar months prior to the meeting, this must be in writing and duly signed and seconded by eligible members of the Central Region. Nomination for the Office, of Chairman, of Vice Chairman, of Secretary, of Treasurer must be received no later than 28 days prior to the meeting, duly signed and seconded where required.
