ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Stratford Racecourse

Saturday 27th November 2010 at 2.30pm

Open to all members of the Caravan Club living in the Central Region area.  Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and West Midlands.   The Midland Centre have arranged caravan parking on site From Friday 26^th November to Sunday 28th November 2010.  Facilities will be fresh water and elsan disposal only.  

Directions:

From Stratford take B439 signposted Evesham.  Site on the left when leaving the town, or follow the brown racecourse signs.  On approach to the site watch out for the MCCC signs.

NOTICE OF THE CENTRAL REGION ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 Notice is hereby given that the fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the Central Region of the Caravan Club Limited, will take place at Stratford Racecourse, Stratford on Avon on Saturday 27th November 2010 at 2.30pm prompt.

The right to speak and vote is restricted to members, joint members and family members living in the area designated as the Central Region or is a member of one of the ten Centres comprising the Region.

Any Notice of Motion to be put to the meeting must be received by the Regional Hon. Secretary at the latest 3 calendar months prior to the meeting, must be in writing and duly signed and seconded by eligible members of the Central Region.

Nominations for Officers and Club Council representatives must be received by the Regional Hon. Secretary at the latest 28 days prior to the meeting, duly signed by the nominee, proposer and seconder.    Nomination forms are available from the Regional Secretary.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be published in the Caravan Club Magazine.  Non receipt of the Club Magazine shall not be grounds for invalidating the meeting.
